What QA and AI is

QA and AI builds and deploys web products, and provides two AI-powered tools: QA Analyzer, which scans a URL you provide for UI, accessibility, API, and security issues, and QAandAI Verify, which turns plain-English requirements into real, executable tests. Both tools produce real findings and real test results — nothing on either platform is simulated or mocked.

Accounts and access

You must be at least 18 years old to create a QAandAI Verify account. Accounts are provisioned for specific, pre-authorized email addresses — access isn't open signup, and an account only works for the email address your organization has authorized. You're responsible for keeping your password and two-factor authentication method secure, and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You may only point QA Analyzer or QAandAI Verify at a URL or system you own, or have explicit authorization to test. Scanning or generating tests against a third party's site or API without their permission is not permitted and is your responsibility, not ours.

• Don't use either tool to attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
• Don't attempt to access another user's account, another organization's data, or any part of the platform you haven't been given access to.
• Don't use the AI voice assistant to harass, threaten, or attempt to extract information it isn't meant to provide.
• Don't misrepresent who you are when contacting us or creating an account.

AI-generated content

QAandAI Verify's test steps are generated by AI (Anthropic's Claude) grounded against what's actually observed on your target page or API. Every generated test is a draft until you review and approve it — we don't recommend treating unapproved drafts as verified, and you're responsible for reviewing generated tests before relying on their results. QA Analyzer's findings are automated and, like any automated scan, may include false positives or miss issues outside what it checks for.

Calls to our AI voice assistant

If you call our AI voice assistant, you're speaking with an AI, not a person, and the call may be recorded — this is disclosed before the call connects. If you'd rather not talk to an AI, use the contact form instead.

Pricing and billing

Current pricing is described on our Pricing page. Any billing terms specific to your engagement are as agreed directly with you at signup or in a separate written agreement.

Disclaimers

QA Analyzer and QAandAI Verify are provided to help you find real issues faster — they don't guarantee that every defect, security issue, or bug in your product will be caught. Our build-and-deploy services are performed to a professional standard, but as with any software work, we can't guarantee a product will be defect-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QA and AI isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products, including reliance on an automated scan or AI-generated test result.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to QA Analyzer or QAandAI Verify for a violation of these terms, including unauthorized scanning/testing of systems you don't have permission to test.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
